Note: We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion accessories. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of delivery.

- Original packaging with all tags and protective coverings intact
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Earrings and any pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

How to Return an Item

- Package your return – Securely repackage the item(s) in original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship your return – Send to the address we provide using a trackable method (return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error)
- Wait for processing – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your return

Refund Information

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
