- Package your return – Securely repackage the item(s) in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship your return – Send the package to the address we provide using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
- Wait for processing – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund or exchange.
